We specialize in and service the condominium, commercial mid-rise and highrise repair, concrete restoration, roofing, painting and waterproofing industry. Our clients include Homeowner & Condominium Associations, General Contractors, Engineering Firms, Attorneys, Property Managers, Insurance Carriers and Individual Owners.
The principals of Williams & Thomas Construction Company have worked on both sides of the restoration industry, performing forensic engineering services and as general contractors executing the work. We completely understand your needs, the importance to work inside your home or condominium as we perform our work and the need to protect and secure your residence as we perform such work. We are intricately involved with every aspect of the business, from estimating to project execution.
